More Than a Festival

The JCCB Fall Festival is about more than celebrating the season—it’s about neighbors helping neighbors.

Every smile, every costume, every piece of candy, and every business participating helps strengthen our community while supporting the work of the Johnson County Christmas Bureau.

We invite your family, your friends, and your business to join us as we launch what we hope becomes an annual community tradition.

COMMUNITY BUSINESS SHOWCASE

Connecting the Community

We’re inviting local businesses and organizations to become part of this exciting community celebration!

Outdoor Trunk or Treat Spaces

Only 13 vehicle spaces are available in the ACA Overland Park parking lot.

Decorate your vehicle, hand out candy, and introduce your business to hundreds of local families in a fun, engaging environment. It’s a unique opportunity to build relationships while giving back to the community.

Indoor Vendor Marketplace

We also have space for 5 indoor vendors inside the ACA clubhouse.

Set up a display, share information about your business, offer giveaways or treats, and connect with families attending the festival.

Vendor Investment

$100 per vendor or Trunk Sponsor

Your participation includes:

  • One vendor booth or decorated Trunk or Treat vehicle space
  • Opportunity to distribute candy, treats, promotional items, and business information
  • Exposure to local families throughout the event
  • Recognition as a community partner supporting the Johnson County Christmas Bureau’s mission
  • The opportunity to help children and teens feel part of the community a special way

Connecting Our Community
